Recap of the 2026 CSUN Nazarian Scholarship Dinner

✨ Student Spotlight: Ghazaleh Oliaei ✨

We are proud to highlight Ghazaleh Oliaei, a high‑achieving marketing student whose dedication to professional development, experiential learning, and career readiness was recently showcased at a College Board meeting.

Through her marketing coursework, Ghazaleh earned seven employer‑recognized professional certifications in digital marketing and pricing strategy, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, market research, and strategic pricing. These credentials complement her academic foundation and demonstrate real‑world, job‑ready marketing skills that today’s employers value.

Ghazaleh thoughtfully prepared and presented how these certifications enhance workforce readiness, LinkedIn visibility, and competitive advantage for marketing students. Her presentation clearly reflected the impact of hands‑on learning, industry‑aligned curriculum, and applied business education.

Active in the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Entrepreneur Club, Ghazaleh continues to apply her skills outside the classroom while representing the Marketing Department with professionalism and confidence. Her leadership and initiative help elevate the visibility of our program across the college.

CSUN Marketing students, this opportunity is for you! The Ruth & Max Lupul Marketing Scholarship provides financial support to outstanding Marketing majors who demonstrate strong academic achievement, financial need, leadership, and community involvement.

This scholarship honors the legacy of Ruth and Max Lupul, who dedicated many years to teaching and supporting students in the Marketing Department at CSUN.

Eligibility highlights:
• Must be a declared Marketing major
• Junior or senior standing in the 2026–2027 academic year
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Demonstrated financial need with FAFSA or CADAA on file
• Enrolled in at least 6 units during the academic year
• Completed or currently enrolled in MKT 346 (Marketing Research) or MKT 348 (Consumer Behavior)

The Marketing Department Scholarship provides merit-based financial assistance to undergraduate students majoring in Marketing at CSUN.

This scholarship is supported by a bequest from the estate of James F. McRaith, who served as a member of the CSUN Marketing faculty for thirteen years.

Eligibility highlights:
• Must be a declared Marketing major
• Junior or senior standing during the 2026–2027 academic year
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA in CSUN coursework and upper-division Marketing coursework
• Enrolled in at least 6 units during the academic year
• Completed or currently enrolled in MKT 346 (Marketing Research) or MKT 348 (Consumer Behavior)
