My goal is for you to have fun and smile, while also feeling confident in yourself.
We have a few songs quickly reaching their expiration in Dancefit. That means I'm on the hunt for new stuff! Have you heard a song recently you thought would be a great Dancefit song? As you know, if you take my classes, this can be any genre, 90s, early 2000s and today. Another case of matching! This time after another super fun Thursday Dancefit & with my girl, Laura Mancinelli! Super blessed to get to see and dance with Laura on a regular basis. She always has a smile for me when I need it most. ❤️ Thanks for always being awesome, Laura!!

It was a Double 30 and matching colors day in Low Impact Dance and Dancefit! 30 even in each class. In Low Impact the unplanned color theme was blue & black and in Dancefit it was green and black. Funny how that can happen. Great classes today! You ALL are just amazing and I love that I get to dance with you every week. 🤩❤️ Southwest YMCA

1st Thursday Dancefit was a success!! 😃 And, it turned into a Crunch Deerfield reunion! These guys, plus a few more, who weren't able to make it, all decided to join me at the YMCA when Crunch closed this past March. I'm so happy our relationship continues, just on a different dance floor. Love them! ❤️ Southwest YMCA
