The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) was established in 2014 as a strategic initiative of the Buffet Early Childhood Fund.

The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) is a statewide organization that supports child care business owners and families with young children by providing services that strengthen early learning across Nebraska. NECC administers consulting and back office services for early childhood development and care centers.

Every family deserves access to affordable, high-quality child care.

This week, Monica Christensen, NECC Education Coach, and Baby Skylar represented Nebraska at in Washington, D.C. Monica and Skylar were selected as Nebraska's representatives for ZERO TO THREE's national advocacy event, joining families from across the country to share why investments in child care and early learning matter.

"No one should have to decide how many children they can afford to love," Monica shared.
