Creighton University Study Abroad

Senior Psychology major Marin Conrad spent her Spring 2026 semester in Thessaloniki, Greece, through our ISEP partnership with Anatolia American University (formerly American College of Thessaloniki). She highlighted her “Introduction to Sea Sailing” class as one of her favorite parts of her program. Read more below!

“I chose to take a sailing class there as a way of assimilating to the culture that loves to spend their time on the ocean. Being near water has always been something that gives me great energy, and this class not only helped me to gain an incredible license that allows me to sail internationally, but it taught me so much about our world in the process. From wind patterns to the science behind how and why wind is formed in our atmosphere, I ended up gaining real-world knowledge that I will use forever.”
