IEP provides a comprehensive, student-centered English as a second language program where students learn to communicate successfully.

Learn English and prepare for your degree program in a small metropolitan center in the heart of the United States. UNO has offered English as a second language to international students for nearly 35 years. Students are in class 21 hours every week. Sessions last eight weeks and are scheduled six times throughout the year. New Intensive English (ILUNO) students collaborate with program instructor

"In my reading classes, I want students to talk about what they have read. In Listening and Speaking classes, I like to have students interview each other. I love visiting the Joslyn Castle with my granddaughter, Joslyn. I love having students come to my house for cookouts and parties".
