Don't let the summer slide catch up to your young learners! 🛝

Over the summer, we see students fall back into old habits when not actively practicing what they do in school. This is why it's important to be intentional with the activities that you present to your kids while enjoying the break.

It's time to make learning fun and practical! 🤩

🏖️ Comment "SUMMER" below and we will send you a guide with some fun, easy, and educational activities to do with your little ones 🏖️

One of the biggest things that makes Innovation Station Kits different? 📚✨

Every one of our four kits includes a storybook that follows Bella & Toby through the invention process.

Why? Because literacy and innovation go hand in hand.

Before kids can solve problems, they need to understand them. Reading helps children build critical thinking, comprehension, communication, and empathy—all skills that are essential for becoming successful problem-solvers and inventors.

Our stories meet kids where they are, allowing them to connect with relatable characters who are learning, failing, adapting, and creating right alongside them. As students follow the adventure, they're not just reading a story—they're experiencing the same invention process they'll use in the hands-on activities.

By combining literacy with STEAM, we're helping students see that reading isn't separate from innovation—it's a powerful tool that fuels it.

Because the best inventors don't just build solutions. They understand people, identify problems, communicate ideas, and tell stories that inspire change. 💡

What if workforce development started long before students entered the workforce?

At Innovation Station Kits, we believe the skills that drive future success aren't learned through worksheets alone—they're developed through creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.

Through invention education, students learn to:
💡 Identify problems
🧠 Brainstorm solutions
🔨 Build and test ideas
🎤 Pitch their thinking
🚀 Make an impact

These aren't just inventor skills. They're workforce skills.

What does it mean to be an inventor? 🤔💡

While attending the Invention Convention Worldwide at the Henry Ford Museum, we asked students to describe an inventor in just ONE word.

Their answers were thoughtful, creative, and a powerful reminder that invention is about so much more than just building things—it's about curiosity, perseverance, imagination, problem-solving, and believing you can make a difference.

What's the one word YOU would use to describe an inventor? ⬇️

At Innovation Station, we don’t just teach kids to invent — we teach them how to think. 💡

What makes us different?

📚 Every lesson is paired with a storybook so students can connect with real characters, challenges, and big ideas. Innovation becomes relatable, inspiring, and meaningful.

🛠️ Instead of step-by-step instructions, we provide open-ended materials that guide thinking and encourage creativity. There’s no “right answer” — students learn to problem-solve, test ideas, and trust their imagination.

Because the goal isn’t just building an invention.
It’s building confidence, curiosity, and creative thinkers ready to shape the future. 🚀
