OCPS Families,
The Be A Player Organization, in partnership with Who We Play For, will be offering FREE Sports Physicals and ECG Screenings for students planning to participate in:
✅ Athletics
✅ Band
✅ Cheerleading
✅ Dance
✅ JROTC
during the 2026–2027 school year.

📅 Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026

🕘 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

📍 Location: Jones High School

Important Requirements
Students in Grades 6–12
• Must have a current physical examination to participate.
Students in Grades 9–12
• Must have both a current physical examination and an ECG screening to participate.

⚠️ Students will NOT be allowed to participate in athletics, band, cheer, dance, or JROTC without the required documentation.

📋 All required forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian before services can be provided.
Families may also choose to obtain a physical examination and ECG from their personal physician. Now is a great time to ensure your student meets all participation requirements for the upcoming school year.
