Message from the Board:
We'd love your input! Please don't forget to vote while the poll is still open.

When previously held at 6:00 PM, our General Meetings attendance was often very low. We're asking for your feedback because we wanted to hear directly from you what works best for the majority of our PTA members and families.

Our General Membership Meetings are held 4 times each year and are an important opportunity for members to stay informed about what's happening within the PTA. During these meetings, we share how funds are being raised and spent, upcoming events, and decisions that directly impact our school community. We want every member to feel informed, included, and have a voice.

That said, being a PTA member is about so much more than attending meetings.

PTA is built on volunteers who generously give their time to create memorable experiences for our students, teachers, and families. Whether it's helping serve breakfast at our Grandparents Breakfast, passing out pizza during a school dance, handing out popcorn or snow cones, working a game booth at Fall Festival, or lending a hand at one of our many events throughout the year - every act of service helps make these special moments possible.

As your PTA Board, we completely understand how busy life can be. We are parents too. We juggle work, sports, activities, family responsibilities, and everything in between. We know there will never be one meeting time that fits everyone's schedule perfectly, but we are committed to finding the option that serves the greatest number of members while remaining transparent and keeping everyone informed.

Thank you for supporting our students, our teachers, and our school. Your membership is more than just attending a meeting - it's helping create the experiences, opportunities, and memories that make our school community so special.
