With a few weeks of planning already underway, it’s safe to say this will be our best Body & Mind Summer Camp ever!

We’ve got a team of licensed, experienced teachers on board, and a fantastic mix of indoor and outdoor activities. As mentioned earlier, we’ll be learning and playing basketball, kickball, and other unique outdoor sports.

In addition to sports, campers will explore Science & Technology, Engineering, Art, Strategy Games, Agree/Disagree Discussions, and Martial Arts—offering a well-rounded experience that builds both body and mind.

Space is limited, as we’re capping enrollment at just 12–14 campers per week. Don’t miss out!

SUMMER PRIVATES w/ Sensei is back for 2024.

STEAM is science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
For us, there are two “A”s- Arts & Athletics. With experienced educators; each week will be a unique exploration of these topics.
While getting kids thinking and excited about education again through project based collaborative learning.

Summer Academy are Fun Fridays! On Fun Fridays, its a party with weekly contests, game shows, and awards. We will be limiting this years camp to 10 campers.

Summer 23 recap pt2

The first week of august we had our first ever Game show night.
Picture jeopardy x family feud x double dare.
It was a blast. It was so much fun we don’t have pictures of it.
If you missed it just ask the parents and classmates and they’ll tell you. You never know when a surprise GS night could happen.

As usual the “Judo Olympics” game night was held the second week of august. This summer we practiced being a good sport. Fun was had by all.

The third week was our annual end of summer party. Thank you to everyone for also celebrating my birthday, i truly appreciate all the cards, gifts and well wishes.

The final event was a pop up 1st to takedown “shiai” once again this was the perfect way to compete and practice good sportsmanship.

The summer was such a blast i cant wait till fall.

Parent & Toddler Judo at Krystek Martial Arts gives young children the basic skills and discipline they need to succeed. While they learn simple martial arts moves such as falling, tumbling, throwing, crawling, and jumping, they also grasp valuable lessons about social conduct.

Over time, Parent & Toddler students learn how to control their movements, follow directions, and interact with students and teachers.

Summer 23 recap pt1.

It was our first ever MIND & BODY S.T.E.A.M. Academic & Athletic Enrichment Summer Academy. With licensed teachers on staff; each week we had a unique exploration of topics:While getting kids thinking and excited about learning again through project based collaborative learning. Everything from robotics to engineering, to chess, debate and much more.

This Fall and winter we will be having Mind & Body Sunday academy with revolving themes / Seasons. Our first will be JR PICASSO a 4 week look into art history and recreating it our own way.

Over 50 year’s celebrating the “Back to School” season. Our thoughtful, curriculum-based kids classes empower children to build confidence, resiliency, and develop lasting friendships. Our classes teach children self respect, focus and foster all the necessary life skills they need to grow into mature, well-rounded, engaged members of their communities.
