Our students worked hard to prepare for the May testing season, and their efforts paid off school-wide in growth and learning gains! πβ
Students who demonstrated growth and improvement on their end-of-year core course state and district assessments earned tickets for a special drawing sponsored by our PTSA. The more gains and improvements a student made, the more chances they earned to win!
Out of the hundreds of tickets earned and entered, the following Panthers were drawn as our grand prize winners, taking home either a pair of AirPods or a $100 Amazon gift card. ππ§π
6th grade: Hendrix M. & Meadow I.
7th grade: Bryan B. & Nicole K.
8th grade: Steven F. & Merola H.
Congratulations to these students for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning. We are so proud of all our Panther scholars! π€ππΎ

π£ Big News, Panthers! π€ππΎ
We are excited to introduce a modified dress code for the 2026β2027 school year. This update to our school policy aligns PHMS with other North County middle schools and supports our commitment to what matters mostβstudent success, school pride, and campus safety.
A consistent dress code helps create a positive learning environment where students can focus on academics, build strong connections, and take pride in being part of the Panther family. Schools with similar policies have seen fewer distractions, improved behavior, and a greater focus on learning.
We look forward to partnering with our students and families as we make this transition together and continue building a school culture where every Panther can thrive.
