Mr. Fleischmann brings a wealth of experience as a music educator, conductor, and private instructor, along with a passion for helping students grow as musicians, leaders, and individuals. His commitment to excellence, teamwork, and student success makes him a wonderful addition to The Pride family.
Mr. Fleischmann is excited to build upon Rutherford’s strong band tradition while creating new opportunities for students both on and off the field and stage. Hosted by JD Green Educational Services & Rutherford Community Partnership School, this intensive provides targeted ELA and Mathematics instruction from certified teachers to help students meet Florida's graduation testing requirements.
