Today, UWFPD spent time with Dan Kronz from Sharp Performance discussing mental health awareness, resilience, and practical tools that can help support our team both professionally and personally.

This initiative has the potential to benefit not only our sworn officers, but also our professional services and civilian staff, ensuring everyone has access to resources that support personal well-being, professional growth, and long-term resilience.
