Over the years I have been in the women's empowerment field for a combined 16 years and I have seen ladies of all ages. Do amazing things!

But I've definitely seen women repeat the same old story of..

I'm too old

It's too late

I'm not strong enough

There's no good love

I could never do that

And the list goes on!

That is where we're putting the limitations on ourselves.

I heard a quote that once said " don't be a loser in your own story."

The words that come out of our mouths shape our lives. So start speaking towards that!
