On Thursday, June 18, Brandywine welcomed two new exhibitions to our galleries - “We” The People & PrintLab: Material Futures. Curated by Alicia DeLarge (Alicia Alarge DeLarge ) and Zindzi Harley (Zindzi Harley | Curator & Creative Director ). Thank you to everyone who showed up to the soft opening ✨

The exhibitions are up till the 26th of October at Brandywine Workshop & Archives, 730 S Broad St. Reach out to us to book a tour and stay tuned for public visiting hours!

This animation was created from the woodcuts made for Jogging — Dusk & Dawn by Kakyoung Lee (Kakyoung Lee ). During her PrintLab Residency at Brandywine, in collaboration with Masterprinter Alexis Nutini (Alexis Hugo Nutini ) and with generous support from The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage (Pew Center for Arts & Heritage). The piece was born from watching people jogging in Prospect Park during the pandemic which she turned into 300 woodblocks and then the subsequent animation.

Join us for a soft opening of Print Lab: Material Futures, on June 18, from 2-8PM to view The 2025 PrintLab Residents’ work in our gallery! Also concurrently on view at PAFA at the Anne Bryan Gallery.
