As we count down to graduation at Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch on August 7th, we want to take a moment to recognize someone who has become an essential part of our family and our mission.

For our 23rd year, we are honored to once again have Tim "Dean of Dirt" Cotter serving as our Master of Ceremonies.

Tim is much more than one of the most respected voices in off-road racing. As a member of our Board of Directors, he has dedicated countless hours to supporting our students, families, and programs. His passion for the sport, commitment to youth development, and unwavering belief in the power of education have helped shape the success of so many young people over the years.

Known throughout the industry as an ambassador of off-road racing, Tim has spent decades promoting the values that matter most—hard work, perseverance, integrity, and giving back. Those same qualities are why he is so valued within our organization.

Most importantly, Tim is simply an amazing human being. His generosity, leadership, and genuine care for others make a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Thank you, Tim, for your friendship, your service, and your dedication to our students and our sport. We look forward to celebrating another incredible graduating class with you on August 7th at Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch.
