✨ Meet Sophie Ragan, MA, CCC-SLP, CLC ✨

We’re excited to launch Goldstar’s new Feeding Mentorship Program, led by Sophie, one of our Speech-Language Pathologists and a Certified Lactation Counselor.

Designed for SLPs looking to deepen their knowledge of pediatric feeding, the program provides both group and individual mentorship, helping clinicians build confidence and expertise in this specialized area.

A few things to know about Sophie:

🎓 Temple University graduate (Neuroscience + Speech-Language Pathology)

💡 Advice for her younger SLP self:
“It’s okay (and encouraged) to ask for help!”

❤️ Why she loves feeding therapy:
“I love how feeding therapy balances complexity and technical knowledge with real clinical applications. There are so many factors to consider, but then you get to make therapy meaningful and fun for each child and family.”

🌱 Why Early Intervention:
“In the EI age group, every month matters. We have a unique opportunity to make meaningful changes and see progress in a relatively short period of time.”
