Check out this partner spotlight from our visit with The Community College of Philadelphia’s Career & Advanced Technology Center!

Participants from PYN’s Professional Pathways Program explored the many certification and associate degree opportunities available right here in Philadelphia, learning about career pathways in automotive technology, dental hygiene, welding, advanced manufacturing, and more.

Experiences like these help young people connect their interests to real-world careers and postsecondary opportunities. Huge thank you to the CCP team for showing us around 🙌

Check out the highlights from last week’s youth entrepreneurship “Shark Tank” event 🦈💡

Young entrepreneurs from PYN’s 7 afterschool programs took the stage at Friends Hospital turning ideas into real business pitches and building skills in creativity, problem-solving, and public speaking along the way. This event was all about early career exposure—giving young people the chance to explore entrepreneurship, think like innovators, and see what’s possible for their future.

From concept to pitch, these participants showed what happens when opportunity meets potential.

Huge thanks to our partners who made it all happen: , , and 🙌🙌
