I’m not sayin’, I’m just sayin’…

Ladies (and lads), please make sure you follow the protocols! I was having this conversation with of and wanted to share:

First, make sure you’re taking it based on your LEAN bodyweight! This is your weight less your body fat percentage. Then there is a loading phase (6day) and a maintenance phase (8wks) then cycle off 4wks off!

As an example, 160Ibs lean bodyweight requires 18 grams of creatine per day for 6 days to load, then 6 grams of creatine per day taken in divided doses (4-6 daily) of no more than 5grams to maintain muscle levels for the rest of an eight-week cycle. This will help avoid bloating and the dreaded intestinal distress, lol! 💩

Also, it should be taken with sugar and by that I don’t mean actual sugar, but it should be added to some form of sweetened protein drink.

Personally, I recommend a mixture of 100% grapefruit juice and 100% grape juice as this will facilitate a faster muscle uptake.

Sidenote, some people may not respond completely to creatine effects so you can boost your insulin efficiency with the daily supplement of up to 400 micrograms of chromium picolinate, 600mg of EPA, and up to 25mg of DHEA.

It’s worth noting that some people operate on very low levels of DHEA so consider getting your blood tested to get it into the normal range.

And finally, stick with creatine monohydrate. While there are other forms on the market, there has been no evidence that they work as well as creatine monohydrate.

I hope you found this helpful and good luck on your journey!

Athletes worldwide have been singing the praises of the Naboso line and I wanted to make sure that the Cowboys and Cowgirls out there have the same opportunity because rest assured, they are athletes too!

Spending your day in boots can do a real number on your feet and nothing says recovery like Doc Em’s two minute foot release that you can find on YouTube, you’ll thank me later!

Happy Tuesday! Some of you have asked about my recent hospital visit and I wanted to share.

First, Im fine, but dehydrations is a real thing! Mine was a result of a reaction to medication that resulted in my being admitted and receiving 5 bags of IV. It was a gentle reminder that back in the day, and even still today, diarrhea can kill you!💩

In any case, I just wanted to send a personal heartfelt thank you to Kay at Nurseinthefamily for advocating for me at the hospital! She made sense of all of the medical jargon and helped me make decisions that were appropriate for my situation. I can’t tell you how comforting it was to KNOW that I had someone on my side and I’m forever grateful!!

I highly recommend Kay will attach the business card for anyone who may be in need❤️

Thanks again, Kay! You’re amazing!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
