They missed each other! AZTR Cohort 2 Alumni were happily reunited at the Beginning Teacher Institute in Tucson last week! Seeing them grow together is a powerful reminder of the impact of teacher preparation, education, and support.

Today, AZTR Cohort 3 Residents crossed the stage in caps and gowns, earning their Master's Degrees in Education. It's a moment that's been 2 years in the making, and so much heart poured into every classroom, every student, every day.

We are so proud of each and every one of you. The work you do matters more than words can say. Congratulations, Teachers! 🎉

What a year! ✨

As we close out Cohort 4's first year of courses, our hearts are full. We were lucky enough to learn from two incredible educators who poured into our residents at just the right time.

NAU's own Dr. Steve Jeras stopped by to remind us what it means to center our purpose and to never lose sight of why we walked into this work in the first place. And Dr. John Pascarella, Professor of Education at USC, zoomed in to ground us in the critical, beautiful, hard work of teaching.

Next year, these residents won't just be learning about teaching. They'll be the teacher of record, in their own classroom, with their own students.
