🏀 What a weekend of basketball for our Lady Eagles!

Over the course of two days, our program competed in 12 games at the Millennium Summer Classic. Through every challenge, our athletes kept their heads high, worked together, supported one another, and represented what it means to be a Lady Eagle.

The wins were great, the losses were hard, but the growth was even better. Every game provided an opportunity to learn more about ourselves, build trust as teammates, and continue developing our culture.

Weekend Results: 🔹 Varsity Black: 3-1 🔹 JV White: 4-0 🔹 JV Blue: 1-3

We are incredibly proud of all three teams. This weekend gave Coach Das an opportunity to see our athletes compete in game situations after spending the last few weeks evaluating and working with them in practice.

But we're not done yet!

🏀 JV Blue continues play in the Thunderbird Summer League. 🏀 Varsity Black heads to Section 7.

The grind continues, and so does the growth.

🏀 It was a full day of June basketball for our Lady Eagles!

Varsity kicked things off at the 5th Annual Millennium Summer Classic, finishing the day 1-1. JV White followed with a perfect 2-0 day, while JV Blue finished 1-1.

JV Blue then closed out the evening with a tough loss at the Thunderbird Summer League.

It was a long day for our coaches and many of our athletes. While each level competed hard and played well, not every game ended with the result we hoped for.

That's the beauty of June Ball.

It provides our coaches and players the opportunity to identify areas for growth and improvement. It's a time to develop both physically and mentally, reconnect and strengthen relationships, and welcome our newest Lady Eagles into the program while showing them what Lady Eagles Basketball is all about—on and off the court.

Of course, we'd love to dominate and win every game, but days like today remind us to keep working hard, stay humble, lead by example, be great teammates, and never forget how much fun this game can be.

Tomorrow, all three levels return to Millennium to wrap up the tournament before our Varsity Black team heads to Section 7 next weekend.

🏀 Who doesn't love watching their kids play basketball?

Our JV White Lady Eagles went 2-0 today in the Thunderbird Summer League! 🎉

This group continues to improve game after game, and it's been so much fun watching their growth, confidence, and teamwork develop on the court.

Every game is another opportunity to learn, compete, and build chemistry, and these ladies are making the most of every minute.

Next up, all three Lady Eagles teams head to Millennium on Friday for the 5th Annual Millennium Summer Classic. Here's to continued growth, teamwork, and having fun along the way!

🏀 The JV Lady Eagles headed to Hamilton High School for the Summer Motivation Tournament and finished the day with a strong 2-1 record!

It was great to see a full bench as our JV Blue and JV White teams came together, competed as one, and worked hard throughout the day. The ladies displayed excellent teamwork, communication, patience, and most importantly, had fun competing together.

Every game is an opportunity to sharpen their skills, learn more about one another, build trust, and identify areas where they can continue to grow and improve. The progress being made is exciting to watch.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the trip today to help fill our rosters, and a special shoutout to our Varsity Lady Eagles for showing up and supporting their teammates throughout the tournament.

🏀 June Ball continues with our JV teams finishing the day 1-1!

While Game 1 didn't go our way, the ladies bounced back with a strong Game 2 victory. Great communication, patience on offense, and excellent ball movement helped lead the way.

🔥 Special shoutout to Ava for her incredible halftime half-court buzzer be**er! What a moment and a great way to energize the team!

Every game provides an opportunity for these athletes to sharpen their skills, grow as a team, and enjoy the process along the way.

June Ball is always filled with ups and downs, but this group is continuing to learn about one another, build trust, and develop strong relationships both on and off the court. The growth is happening every day, and it's exciting to see the progress being made.

JV Blue kicked off their June Ball season today against Sunnyslope. While the result wasn't what we were hoping for, there were plenty of positives to build on.

The ladies showed great ball movement, unselfish play, and strong teamwork throughout the game. With June Ball just getting underway, there is plenty of room for growth, improvement, and development as the summer progresses.

Now that the season is officially underway, it's time to keep working together, learning from every opportunity, and continuing to get better each day.

🏀🦅 Varsity Lady Eagles Finish as Lady X Tournament Runner-Up! 🦅🏀

The Varsity Lady Eagles battled their way to a 2nd Place finish at the Lady X Tournament, wrapping up their first June Ball games of competition and growth.

Final Scores:
🏀 Semifinals: O'Connor 38 – Perry 28
🏀 Championship: O'Connor 37 – Millennium 42

The ladies showed tremendous heart and resilience throughout the tournament, coming up just short in a hard-fought championship game against a talented Millennium team.

A special congratulations to Risi and Sophia for being named to the Lady X All-Tournament Team for their outstanding performances! 👏🏀

While the final result wasn't what we hoped for, this tournament provided valuable experience and showed the potential of this group as we continue our summer season.
