The Merge Cube is a soft foam cube that turns into an interactive 3D augmented reality (AR) learning tool when viewed through a smartphone or tablet. Instead of looking at a picture on a screen, students can hold, rotate, zoom, and explore virtual objects as if they were in their hands.
Some examples of what students can explore include:
🫀 A beating human heart
🦖 Dinosaur fossils and skeletons
🧬 DNA molecules and cells
🌎 The Earth, planets, and the solar system
🦴 Human anatomy, organs, and bones
🧪 Chemistry models and scientific simulations
For STEM camps, the Merge Cube is especially valuable because it:
Makes abstract science concepts tangible.
Encourages hands-on exploration and curiosity.

K'NEX STEM Engineering

In the K'NEX Theme Park Engineering camp, students will plan and construct models of theme park rides using the K'NEX construction system. In this hands-on and build-centered camp, campers will learn the basics of structural engineering, as well as the physics principals used by ride designers. Armed with this knowledge, they'll collaborate to build and perfect motorized Ferris wheels, carousels, roller coasters and more.

LEGO Junior Robotics - Simple and Powered Machines

We're happy to offer this new LEGO-based camp crafted specifically for our Junior campers. The kids will use the LEGO pieces they love to create both simple and powered machines. This hands-on build-centered camp takes younger campers from basic mechanisms like gears and pulleys, all the way to motorized machines like race cars and robots. Campers will predict how their machine will function, build and observe the results, and come up with fun and creative modifications to make the machines uniquely their own.

Happy Father's Day! 💙

To all the fathers and father figures whose love, guidance, and dedication make a positive impact in the lives of their children and throughout our communities—Happy Father's Day! Thank you for all that you do.

A special Father's Day shout-out to Ron, the owner who works passionately behind the scenes—and often in front of them as well—to make these enrichment programs happen. From ensuring curriculum and supplies are delivered to our programs each day, to staying connected with families through every step of their journey, hiring and supporting amazing teachers, researching new and engaging curriculum, and fostering partnerships with local schools and play facilities, Ron plays an important role in every aspect of our program.

For the past 13 years, Ron has worked passionately to create meaningful experiences for children, enriching their lives and helping shape the next generation of thinkers and doers.

Thank you, Ron, and thank you to all the fathers who lead with love, commitment, and care. We hope you have a wonderful Father's Day surrounded by those who mean the most to you. 💙

Parents often ask how much screen time is too much. A better question might be: what are kids doing during that screen time?

Minecraft isn't just a game anymore. In Minecraft Redstone: Digital Logic & Automation, kids learn the same foundational concepts that power computers, electronics, and automation systems.

Using Minecraft's Redstone mechanics, students explore digital logic, circuitry, automation, problem-solving, and mathematical thinking while building increasingly complex machines in a world they already love.

Instead of simply consuming content, they're designing, testing, troubleshooting, and creating.

Not all screen time is equal. When kids are learning engineering and computer science concepts through play, gaming becomes a tool for creativity, innovation, and future-ready skills.

If they're already spending time in Minecraft or gaming, why not turn some of that time into an opportunity to learn how technology actually works? 🎮⚡💡

Juniors: Draw, Code & Play with Root Robotics

The Root Coding Robot was created by the same company famous for the Roomba vacuum. The Root's kid-friendly coding interface helps younger campers learn the basics of robotic programming. The Root can be programmed to move, light up, play sound, and even draw various geometric shapes. Campers of all ages enjoy seeing their Root Robots come to life. The simple block-coding interface requires no reading and is suitable even for young Junior campers.
