Your sneakers will be your best friend (or your worst enemy) during band camp.
👟 Wear comfortable, supportive athletic shoes
👟 Make sure they fit properly and are already broken in
👟 Bring extra socks to stay comfortable throughout the day
Remember: Blisters can sideline even the strongest marcher. Take care of your feet now so you can focus on learning drill, music, and making memories.

🚨 HYDRATION ALERT 🚨
Friendly reminder that Band Camp starts in less than a month... which means if you haven’t already, it’s time to start drinking your water. 😅💧
Arizona in July doesn’t care if you’re a freshman, senior, drum major, or section leader. The sun has one goal: to turn you into a raisin. ☀️🌵
Start building those hydration habits today:
✅ Always carry a water bottle
✅ Drink water BEFORE you’re thirsty
✅ Pretend your water jug is your new best friend
15,000–20,000 steps a day + marching + Arizona heat = hydration is not optional.
Your future Band Camp self will thank you. 💙🎶⚡️

Wednesday May 6⚡️ The auditorium renovations are starting so our Pops concert will take place in the large gym at Desert Vista. The seats might not be as comfortable, but the music will still be amazing! Don’t miss it!
