This is a special opportunity for our incoming kindergarteners to get comfortable with their new school, meet staff, and start building friendships before the first day.

Say hello to Mrs. Gardner, our 6th Grade Science Teacher! 🔬🧪

Mrs. Gardner joined the AMS South Mountain family in the middle of last school year and quickly made a positive impact on our scholars and school community. We are excited to welcome her back for another amazing year as our 6th Grade Science Teacher!

She is passionate about building positive relationships with her students, creating engaging learning experiences, and always going the extra mile to support scholar success. Mrs. Gardner is dedicated to helping scholars grow academically while fostering a classroom environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.

We are grateful to have her as part of the AMS South Mountain team and can't wait to see all the exciting things happening in science this year!

These dedicated educators are no strangers to our scholars and families! Last year, they served as 4th grade teachers and made such a positive impact that they are moving up with many of the same scholars into 5th grade this year.

By looping with their students, they will continue building on the strong relationships, academic growth, and success established during 4th grade. We know our scholars will benefit from having teachers who already know their strengths, goals, and potential.
