🌻🐢 AMS Flower Extended Care Information 🐢🌻

As we get ready for an amazing new school year, Extended Care payments will begin on July 6, 2026!

💳 Card payments only
📞 Call the office at 602-888-9572 or stop by to complete your payment.
✅ Extended Care fees are due quarterly and must be paid before your student can attend the program.

Important Reminders:
• Only approved PowerSchool contacts may pick up students and must show a valid ID.
• Students must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
• Late pickups are charged $1 per minute. Three late pickups may result in removal from the program.
• Students are expected to behave safely and respectfully at all times.
• Severe behavior concerns may result in immediate pickup and suspension.
• Refund requests require a completed Fee Refund Request Form.
• No refunds will be issued during the final month of a quarter or for students removed due to behavior or repeated late pickups.

Mientras nos preparamos para un nuevo y emocionante año escolar, los pagos de Extended Care comenzarán el 6 de julio de 2026.

Recordatorios importantes:
• Solo las personas autorizadas en PowerSchool podrán recoger a los estudiantes y deberán presentar una identificación válida.
• Los estudiantes deben ser recogidos antes de las 6:00 PM.
• Los retrasos en la recogida tendrán un cargo de $1 por minuto. Tres recogidas tardías pueden resultar en la expulsión del programa.
• Se espera que los estudiantes se comporten de manera segura y respetuosa en todo momento.
• Conductas graves o agresivas pueden resultar en una llamada inmediata para recoger al estudiante y una suspensión del programa.
• Las solicitudes de reembolso requieren completar un Formulario de Solicitud de Reembolso.

We hope you are having a turtley awesome summer! ☀️🌺 As we get ready for another exciting school year at AMS Flower, we wanted to share an important reminder for any parents or guardians who would like to volunteer or chaperone field trips this year.
🌼 All field trip chaperones and volunteers must complete a background check before participating. 🌼
🐢 Volunteer Approval Levels 🐢
🌸 Tier 1 – Free
Volunteer opportunities with no direct student access.
🌸 Tier 2 – $18
Allows classroom visits and participation in whole-group field trips.
🌸 Tier 3 – Fingerprint Clearance Card (approximately $65)
Required for field trips that split into smaller groups, such as visits to the zoo.
✅ Already completed your volunteer paperwork last year? Thank you! You do not need to submit it again. 🌷
📋 Interested in volunteering this year? Stop by the front office to complete the required paperwork and get approved for upcoming field trips and school events.
