πŸ“’ IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL SCHOOL EVENTS πŸ“’

For the safety and security of all students, a PHYSICAL valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID is REQUIRED for entry to all school events, celebrations, and promotion ceremonies.

βœ” IDs will be scanned at check-in
❌ Photos of IDs on phones will NOT be accepted
πŸš— If your ID is left in your car, you will need to retrieve it before entry

Even if staff members know you personally, district policy requires ALL visitors to show and scan proper identification.

⏰ Please plan to arrive early and have your ID ready to help keep check-in moving smoothly.

This policy also applies to:
β€’ Early student checkouts
β€’ Meetings with staff members
β€’ Any campus visit requiring identity verification

If you plan to take your student home after a celebration, students must still be officially signed out and the teacher must be notified.

Please note: Each grade level will hold separate celebrations. Students will not be called from other grade levels to attend sibling events.

Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe! πŸ’™

As we approach the end of the school year, we are asking families to please consider donating any gently used school uniforms your students may have outgrown throughout the year. ❀️

These donations make such a difference for our students and families. Accidents happen during the school day, students sometimes arrive new to the district unexpectedly, and having extra uniforms available helps us support children quickly and comfortably when they need it most.

Items we are especially looking for:
β€’ Collared uniform shirts
β€’ Pants/shorts
β€’ Skirts
β€’ Dresses

All sizes are appreciated! Please make sure items are clean and gently used.

Thank you for always helping us take care of our school community and for supporting students in need. Your kindness truly makes a difference! πŸ’™
