Congratulations to our Legacy Orchestra for making finals in the TMEA Honor String Orchestra competition and placing 6th! Our Symphony Full Orchestra was also one off from finals. This group is the definition of small but mighty and we are so proud 🥹

Bravo to our Philharmonic, Sinfonia, and Legacy Orchestras on their fabulous UIL performances! We are so proud of all of the students for the work they have put into these challenging pieces! All groups received all 1s from the three stage and three sightreading judges for a Sweepstakes! Way to go!

Such fabulous performances yesterday for all three All-Region groups! It is always amazing to see how these musicians come together after only 9 hours of rehearsal! Our 2023-2024 Fowler Symphony Orchestra, comprised of the top band and orchestra students and under the direction of Ms. Lien, Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Denis were selected as a NATIONAL winner of the Mark of Excellence Award.

The Mark of Excellence competition is a recorded competition to recognize some of the best school ensembles in the country; this year's competition received 450 entries across all categories, and the competition has received entries from 40 states.
