HENDRICK PTA SUMMER SCHEDULE:
PTA will continue to send eNews, as needed, for the first few weeks of June. We will then take a short break for our annual June 30th Membership Toolkit (MTK) PTA website fiscal year rollover. All order forms will be closed for several days (at the end of June and beginning of July) during this rollover time. Also during the rollover, all students will be promoted in MTK to their updated 2026-2027 grade level for the 2026-2027 school year. We will send eBlasts if/as needed during this time. Then, in early July we will resume our eNews and re-launch our "Back to School/Summer Online Sales." Which will include/continue to include:

Spirit Wear Pre-Orders
2026-27 PTA Donations Ops
2026-27 PTA Volunteer Ops
Please Note: In order to see and access all Sales/Order Forms, at any time on our Open Forms Page, make sure to log in to your MTK User Account. Also, in early July, ON or AFTER JULY 1, after our annual website fiscal year rollover, you will need to follow the prompts to "Update Your User Account Information (DETAILS BELOW)."

"AFTER JULY 1" UPDATE YOUR MTK USER ACCOUNT INFO ANNUALLY TO STAY INFORMED AND ACTIVE - INSTRUCTIONS:
Our Hendrick MS PTA website updates to the new school year, annually on June 30th. Upon visiting our website home page after June 30th, you will be prompted to update your parent and student information and directory preferences each year! You will be prompted to update your user account information, even if you recently registered and updated your user account info. You will see a light blue rectangle box, above the log in area, alerting you to the following: "Notice: Your personal information is out of date and needs to be updated. Please take a moment and review it here ( https://www.hendrickpta.org/membership_step1 )"

To update your parent(s) and student information, make sure to click "here" and fill in the fields for parent 1 and 2, then student information and finally your directory preferences.

Updating ensures that you receive our eNews newsletters, special eBlasts and other important PTA news throughout the new school year.

It was a true honor to celebrate our 70 8th Grade Presidential Award Recipients in May with donuts for students and coffee for parents and staff 🍩☕️🏆! Way to Go Hendrick Middle School Hawks!

Coach Sheppard made a lasting impact on countless students and staff members through his leadership, dedication and care for others. He meant so much to our entire school community and he will be deeply missed.

On Friday, May 22, 2026, we all wore royal blue and came together to honor Coach Shep's impact on our school and community at Coach Shep's Legacy Celebration at Oak Point Rec Center.

It was a truly beautiful celebration where we honored Coach Darron Shepperd as a leader, celebrated his legacy and continued to build and strengthen together.
