Last week, our broadcasting students at P138M had the incredible opportunity to visit the Manhattan Neighborhood Network, Manhattan’s public broadcasting station. They toured MNN’s production studios and editing suites, met creators producing their own talk shows and podcasts, and watched a screening of a recent training cohorts’ work. We are so excited to connect our students with the resources at MNN to continue their broadcasting journey. 🎥
A huge thank you to MNN’s Director of Emerging Talent, Amber, for welcoming us and TA Rachael for organizing!

PS 8 Stop Motion Animation Film Premiere
After 12 weeks of production, we were excited to share 18 stop-motion animation films created by students working under the guidance of Magic Box Productions Resident Teaching Artist, Danilo.
These films were conceived and developed by students across five classes, spanning 2nd through 5th grade. A celebration of imagination, storytelling, and hands-on filmmaking brought to life frame by frame.
Congratulations to all! 🎥
