Opening Pvolve Pleasantville was personal for me.
After having children, I struggled to find a workout that helped me feel strong, connected, and confident in my body again. I wasn’t looking to “bounce back”—I was looking for a smarter way to rebuild strength.
That’s why Lindsay’s journey resonates so deeply. As both a trainer and mom, she experienced how Pvolve can support women through pregnancy and postpartum, adapting to the body’s changing needs while building strength every step of the way.
