Today was all about homemade Guacamole and Chips with Chef Pham from Paulette Project ! She led the kids step by step andnhave them options to make it just the way they want. They practiced scooping, mashing, cutting and mixing to get the right recipe for deliciousness.
After chowing down everything they went down stairs to make tacos. PLAYDOH TACOS!!! 🌮 They had so much fun being creative and figuring out how to make each ingredient to their tacos!!! We just loved watching their imaginations come to life here!
👨🍳🥞 Summer Camp is officially underway at Thunder Bear’s Discovery Den!
Today kicked off our Cooking Week, and our campers jumped right into the fun by making homemade butter and delicious pancakes! There were smiles, messy hands, learning opportunities, and lots of proud little chefs.
This week is packed with hands-on cooking activities, special guests, books, STEM challenges, and creative play. We can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings!
There's nothing better than watching children learn through doing, build confidence, make new friends, and create memories they'll be talking about long after camp ends.
