We cannot expect children to make adult decisions when we, as adults, do not always make adult decisions ourselves.
Children are learning, growing, and looking to us for guidance. Consistency, patience, and teaching are essential. This does not excuse inappropriate behavior, but it does remind us that children need understanding, clear expectations, and consistent correction as they learn to make better choices.

Our sweet Greyson is reading a story to his friends! Watching our 5 year-old confidently share a book with his peers is such a proud moment. It feels like just yesterday he was learning his letters, and now he’s helping bring stories to life for others.
Kindergarten is right around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited to see all the amazing things he will accomplish this fall. Keep shining, Greyson we are so proud of you! ❤️🎓📖😆😂❤️

We were cleaning up, and little Ms. Janelle decided it was time for a concert! ❤️😂💃🏽 She was singing her heart out and beating those pots together like a Pentecostal woman with a tambourine on Sunday morning! 🎶😂

These adorable school-age children were such a blessing today! ❤️ They eagerly helped Ms. Lizzie bring in the groceries from Sam’s Club.
These little fellas have been together since they were in diapers, and my heart is so full watching their friendship continue to grow. No matter how much time passes between visits, they are always excited to see one another. Seeing the bonds they’ve built over the years reminds me why I LOVE what I do. 🥰
