Alum BJ Davis '10 has advanced change across the world. Her experience traveling with a Global Leadership class at Peace shaped a trajectory that has continued for 23 years.
By "saying yes" to her experiences at Peace, she forged her path and founded BJD Leadership Training & Team Development. And at a global level, Davis continues to find value in her openness to new experiences.
Now, she's making strides to establish a program called the Peace Factory Project, a leadership course that she will introduce soon. To find out more about Davis' journey, see the link: https://vist.ly/57zkt

“I knew what was destined for me.” - Isaiah Davis ’21
At William Peace University, we empower our students to overcome challenges and pursue their passions. Isaiah Davis is a shining example of overcoming challenges and embracing new passions. Becoming a new parent during his freshman year at Peace put his path on a detour, but Peace helped him get to the next step. Now researching new therapies for advanced cancers at the University of South Carolina Floyd School of Medicine, he’s nearly finished earning his Ph.D. in cancer immunology.
With determination and the support of caring professors like Dr. Patrick Myer, he found his way back to his passion, with a new mindset and his family in mind. Davis' experience illustrates the transformative power of mentorship, a core value that defines our community at Peace.
