On May 25th we’re doing The Hero workout “Murph”.
What is it? A Hero WOD dedicated to Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in combat.
And for that day, you don’t improvise.
All the pull-up, push-up, squat, and running volume from these past weeks is part of the Murph PREP. The programming is designed so that you arrive prepared, not surprised.
On May 25th, Murph is the WOD. For everyone. Scaled or Rx, with a vest or without one, first time or tenth.
