Lili Claire and Maeve, our 2nd grade students, took us to one of their favorite spots on campus.
Through daily experiences in nature, children develop confidence, coordination, and respect for the world around them. Whether climbing, exploring, or simply observing, they learn how to move through natural spaces with awareness and care.

What makes Waldorf education so meaningful for many families is the way it nurtures the whole child.
Dr. Amy Barber shares one of the ideas that deeply resonates with her about Waldorf education: the understanding that children are not only intellectual beings, but emotional, physical, and spiritual beings as well.
With a background spanning scientific research, higher education, and Waldorf teaching, Dr. Barber brings a thoughtful and deeply human perspective into the classroom✨
She shares how meaningful it is to hold each child with care, reverence, and consideration for who they are becoming, not only academically, but as complete human beings.

What if children do not need more noise, more rushing, or more stimulation, but instead more gentleness, participation, and space to simply be 🌾
Miss Tailor Pollak shares a beautiful reflection on what childhood truly needs: hands making bread, hands holding hands, creating art together, time in nature, and room for imagination to grow.
She speaks about the importance of slowing down and allowing children to participate in meaningful everyday moments instead of constantly filling every gap in their lives. Through simplicity, connection, creativity, and rhythm, children are able to breathe, develop naturally, and feel deeply connected to the world around them 🌻
With a background in fine arts, yoga, movement, and years of youth education, Miss Tailor brings warmth, creativity, and care into the classroom.

Reminiscing an evening filled with music ✨
Our students took the stage for this year’s performance show, joined by songs sung together with parents and families.
Each performance reflected the confidence, creativity, and connection that grows through meaningful learning and community.
These moments become lasting memories for children, not only because of the music itself, but because they are shared side by side with the people who love and support them most 🌿
