Piianoforte Music Studio

LD decided to write this piece, "rainbow waltz".
She brought it to me and asked if it could be her piano assignment for the week as she wrote one hand at a time and couldn't play hands together and I said sure.
I showed her the waltz pattern and how to turn the left hand part into waltz chord patterns i wonder if she'll do that.
It's amazing to see a young child so interested in composing and to be a part of their journey and help them with it!

We had a variety of pieces! 4 by Beethoven along with other classical pieces, pop songs and songs from movies such as star wars, Charlie brown and jurassic Park. What a great recital.
Video #6 is an original composition by the girl playing it.

We had our second studio recital yesterday afternoon and it was wonderful! 17 kids, 3 adults and I all played!
