Dr. Thomas E. Randle High School is excited to welcome Mrs. Shelby Andrews as our new Instructional Coach!

Ms. Andrews earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Eastern Washington University and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. She began her educational career in Washington State, where she taught for six years before relocating to Texas.

Now entering her fifth year in Lamar CISD, Ms. Andrews previously served as an AP Language and Composition teacher, where she was dedicated to fostering student growth and achievement. She firmly believes that every student can be successful when provided with the right tools, resources, and support.

Ms. Andrews is excited to step into her new role as Instructional Coach and looks forward to partnering with teachers, supporting student success, and contributing positively to the Randle High School community.

Dr. Thomas E. Randle High School is proud to welcome one of our newest educators to the Lion Family!

Ms. Nieto- College/University Attended: Texas Tech University (B.S. Biochemistry) and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (M.S. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology). I am a big reader and always looking for new book recommendations! I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and have enjoyed getting to know the Fort Bend area and all it has to offer.
My passion for education began while working as a tutor, wherey my eyes were really opened to the fact that every student has different learning needs. This year, I am looking forward to beginning my journey as an educator and sharing my passion for science in a way that reaches all learners. I am excited about building strong relationships, helping my students build confidence in learning, and empowering them to reach their academic and personal potential to the fullest.

Our strength comes from the dedicated professionals who inspire, challenge, and support students every day. We are excited to add another talented team member who shares our commitment to excellence, student achievement, and building meaningful connections.

Ms. Lindauer attended the University of Houston-Downtown, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications and my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been teaching for five years, and I truly love helping students grow in English. I’m so excited to dive into the work for the 2026–2027 school year!

🎉 Dr. Thomas E. Randle High School is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Tasha Kinney as our new Associate Principal!

With nearly 20 years of experience in public education, Mrs. Kinney brings a wealth of knowledge in instructional leadership, curriculum, coaching, and student achievement. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, department chair, digital learning coach, campus assessment coordinator, instructional coach, coach, and assistant principal. Over the past four years in Lamar CISD, she has supported teachers and campus leaders in strengthening instruction and fostering student success.

Mrs. Kinney is honored to continue serving the Randle community and is committed to building on its strong tradition of excellence.

We are excited to have her serve in this new leadership role beginning the 2026-2027 school year!
