Elijah House Academy

Our first graders experienced an exciting day of hands-on learning and discovery at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture. The eager group explored maps and learned all about Virginia’s rich history, gaining a deeper understanding of the people, places, and events that have shaped our great Commonwealth.

Our fourth graders wrapped up the school year by putting their geometry skills to the ultimate test by designing and building their very own Funky Towns! These creative communities were packed with geometric features at every turn. Students carefully incorporated everything from Parallel Parks and Trapezoid Treehouses to other exciting shapes, angles, and lines they mastered throughout the year.

What a joyful celebration we had at EHA’s 2026 Annual Kindergarten Graduation! Families, friends, and staff proudly cheered on our incredible young learners while they reflected on a year full of growth, discovery, and achievement. From sharing favorite memories to excitedly revealing what they dream of becoming when they grow up, each student truly shined! The celebration continued at the under-the-sea-themed reception where everyone enjoyed a time of fellowship, tasty treats, and fun. Congratulations, rising first graders!

Field Day was an action-packed day full of laughter, teamwork, and school spirit! Our students had an incredible time competing in exciting activities like dodgeball, relay races, giant Connect Four, and many other fun challenges throughout the day. A huge thank you goes out to our wonderful staff, parents, and volunteers whose enthusiasm, encouragement, and hard work made this unforgettable annual event possible.

What an awesome time we had at the East End Block Party hosted by Rise Academy on Saturday! It was such a joy to be a part of this exciting community celebration and to fellowship with so many friends and families. Thank you, Rise Academy!
