🔨🛠️ Tool Time was a big hit at Active Minds Daycare & Learning Center! 🧰👷🏽‍♂️Our students had a hands-on learning experience with special guest Mr. Calvin, who introduced them to a variety of tools, including hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and more! They learned what each tool is used for and how builders use them to create amazing things.

Who knows? One day, the little hands learning today may be building homes, inventions, and dreams just like Mr. Calvin! 🏗️✨

Active Minds Daycare & Learning Center will be CLOSED FRIDAY, JUNE 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth. Our little scholars may be out of the classroom for the day, but we hope they spend the holiday learning, celebrating, and making memories with family and friends! Tiny taste buds. BIG opinions. 😂🍎🥒🥛The Pre-K class at Active Minds Daycare turned into official food critics during a fun taste-testing challenge! From yummy wins to dramatic thumbs-downs, students sampled different foods and drinks while building vocabulary, exploring their senses, and learning to confidently share their opinions. Safe to say… some snacks earned 5 stars, and some got permanently banned by the tiny judges. 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳👍👎

The grill was hot, the kids were HYPED, and the Active Minds staff may or may not already need a nap! LOL. Active Minds Daycare officially kicked off Summer Camp 2026 on Mon. June 1, 2026 with a cookout full of food, fun, and BIG summer energy! 😎🎉Big thanks to the Grillmaster, Mr. Twon and Active Minds staff!
