One of the joys of being one of the Collective Facilitators for Toorel Institute for Social Change Inc. is opportunities like this one. My sister, colleague, and visionary founder of TooREL, Arlene Vassell, and I spent an entire day co-facilitating sessions for a phenomenal group of aspiring leaders, and the results were inspiring and meaningful.

As much as I love speaking and facilitating, I have a true appreciation for listening and learning. The attendees remained engaged from the start of my opening grounding session until Arlene wrapped up the day; every session was filled with conversation, vulnerability, curiosity, and aha moments; all of which give me personal and professional joy.
