Every campus has its stories, and one of Rockford University’s most enduring legends recently brought ESPN broadcaster Andy Hall to campus.

Rock River Current shares how Hall’s search to learn more about his late father led him back to Rockford and uncovered a story that has been passed down through generations of Regents.

The story will also air tonight on ESPN, bringing a piece of Rockford University history to a national audience.
