Plating is not only about making the dish look beautiful, but it enhances the dining experience by stimulating the senses in anticipation of enjoying the meal.

Using techniques like garnishing, drizzling, and strategic placement of food components to create a balance and harmony on the plate are some of the many skills our members learn at YCA™. After all, we eat with our 👀 first!
