Note Knacks Music is a company dedicated to helping students become fluent in the language of music. Note Knacks are music block manipulatives that show a note on one side and its corresponding rest on the other. They are color coded so that all a child needs to do is say the color and he or she will have read the rhythm!

1️⃣ Roll the Time Signature die to determine the meter.
2️⃣ Choose notes or rests for their first roll and see what come up!
3️⃣ Fill the measure correctly and clap or choose an instrument to play 🪘🪇

Yesterday, Governor Kemp signed SB 556 into law, expanding HOPE Scholarship rigor recognition to include qualifying advanced fine arts coursework in dance, music, theatre, and visual art.
This legislation supports students pursuing rigorous fine arts pathways while strengthening connections to Georgia’s growing creative industries. Thank you to the educators whose feedback helped inspire this effort and to our state leaders for supporting opportunities that prepare students for life.
