🌎✈️ And that’s a wrap… our 2026 STAR House Summer Camp has come to an end!

What a fast-paced, whirlwind of two weeks “traveling” Around the World! Together, our campers explored 9 countries, learned about different cultures, created amazing art and STEM projects, tasted new foods, made new friends, and filled their passports with memories that will last a lifetime.

To our students—thank you for bringing your curiosity, energy, laughter, and joy each day. You made this camp so special.

To our families—thank you for entrusting your sweet kiddos to us for the past two weeks. It is a privilege to be part of their journey.

To our incredible staff, volunteers, Board members, NCL, Inc. As we close another successful summer camp, our hearts are full of gratitude and pride for all that was accomplished. Thank you for helping us create a summer filled with learning, adventure, friendship, and fun.

🇯🇵🌸 Today we landed at our final destination—Japan!

Our campers had a wonderful time exploring Japanese culture through hands-on activities and creative projects. They made origami boats and fans, created beautiful cherry blossom trees, tasted Japanese candy, and designed their own anime characters.

What an incredible journey it has been! Over the past two weeks, our campers have traveled to 9 countries, learned about cultures from around the world, and filled their passports with stamps and memories along the way. 🌎✈️

Now it’s time for one final celebration—Fun Friday! 🎉 We can’t wait to spend one last day together making memories and celebrating an amazing summer camp!

What a rockin’ day at summer camp! 🎸🥁🎹 A huge thank you to School of Rock East Cobb for joining us and sharing the joy of music with our campers. Our students had the opportunity to play the keyboard, drums, sing, and even perform “Wild Thing” together! 🎤🎶 We are so grateful for your partnership and for creating such a fun and memorable experience for our campers.

🇮🇹🍕 Our adventures took us to Italy today!

Campers spent the day exploring Italian culture, history, and food. We learned about the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, practiced common Italian phrases, and even got to make our own pizza! Gelato for dessert- because no trip to Italy would be complete without it!🍦

Tomorrow we head to our final destination—Japan! 🇯🇵

🇦🇺🦘 G’day from Australia!

Today our campers traveled Down Under and explored some of Australia’s most famous landmarks, animals, and traditions. They learned about the Great Barrier Reef, the Sydney Opera House, and some of Australia’s wildlife, including koalas, turtles, platypuses, and kangaroos. One of the highlights of the day was tasting a popular Australian treat—Fairy Bread! 🧚🍞

Next stop… Italy! 🇮🇹🍕

🇨🇳🏮 Today our travels took us to China!

Our campers spent the day exploring Chinese culture and traditions. They learned about colorful lanterns, Chinese dragons, zodiac signs, and Chinese characters. Students also enjoyed eating fortune cookies and practicing how to use chopsticks!

Next stop… Australia! 🇦🇺🦘 We can’t wait to see what adventures await us tomorrow!

🇲🇽🌵 Our Friday adventure took us to Mexico!

Our campers had an amazing day learning about the rich culture, traditions, and history of Mexico. They loved making piñatas, building volcanoes, playing traditional games like La Pirinola and Balero, reading the folktale Little Ant and the Great Big Crumb, and enjoying Bubbaloo gum!

It’s hard to believe we have already completed Week 1 of Summer Camp!

We can’t wait to kick off Week 2— Monday we are heading to China! 🇨🇳✈️
