Homemade boardgame for
βοΈ used their fine motor skills to cut on the line to turn one square into four squares.
βοΈ They designed their board and learned to lay out all their pieces to make sure everything fit before they glued.
βοΈ Glue skills were practiced - squeezing out a thin line of glue that outlines the square and an X in the middle to keep the squares edges glued down.
βοΈ Lessons were learnt to apply glue to the correct sideβ¦

used spaghetti, farfalle, bread, pretzel sticks, popcorn, graham crackers, rice, and a nose to create Jane Grain one of the five food groups.

Creating π πΊ πΌ art
πΊ paint construction paper green and use thumb and pointer fingers to rip into π
πΊ rip scrap paper to make πΌ
πΊ thin layer of glue on top of lid
πΊ create a collage flower
πΊ dry overnight and best part was peeling it off
πΊ place the flower on the paper and once the leaves are tucked underneath, fill the back of the flower with glue and press down
πΊ big brown background paper was painted with dot sponges and rollers
Art created over several days or weeks is the culture here
