رات ہمارے لیے چارجنگ موڈ کی طرح ہے اور دن یوٹیلٹی موڈ کی طرح۔ ہم انسان اپنی ذات میں کمزور اور ناقص ہیں، اور یہی ہماری محتاجی اللہ تعالیٰ کی کامل اور بے عیب ذات کی دلیل ہے۔

جب رات کی تنہائی میں ہم اپنے رب کے سامنے قیام کرتے ہیں، اپنے دل کے بوجھ، دکھ، خوشیاں، پریشانیاں اور امیدیں اس کے حضور رکھ دیتے ہیں، آنسوؤں کے ساتھ اپنے اندر کی دنیا کھول دیتے ہیں، تو گویا ہماری روح کی بیٹری چارج ہو جاتی ہے۔ رات کا وہ وقت صرف عبادت نہیں، بلکہ دل کی تازگی، روح کی قوت اور ایمان کی تجدید کا وقت ہوتا ہے۔

پھر دن بھر کی مصروفیات، ذمہ داریاں اور جدوجہد میں ہم اسی روحانی توانائی کو استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ قرآن بھی یاد دلاتا ہے: “إِنَّ لَكَ فِي النَّهَارِ سَبْحًا طَوِيلًا” یعنی بے شک دن میں تمہارے لیے بہت سی مشغولیات ہیں۔

اس لیے رات کا قیام محض ایک نفل عبادت نہیں، بلکہ روح کو زندہ رکھنے کا ذریعہ ہے۔ جو شخص رات کو اپنے رب سے جڑ جاتا ہے، وہ دن کی تھکن، آزمائشوں اور مصروفیات کا سامنا زیادہ مضبوطی، سکون اور یقین کے ساتھ کرتا ہے۔ ✨🤍

*For our husbands*
Yā Wadūd, make my husband the coolness of my eyes, and make me the coolness of his eyes.

Yā Jāmiʿ, keep us united upon Your obedience in this dunya, and reunite us in Jannah tul Firdous.

Yā Laṭīf, never make us stand against each other in this dunya or in the ākhirah.

Yā Halīm, teach us to live with each other’s weaknesses with love, patience, and respect.

Yā Raḥmān, Yā Raḥīm, place deep mercy, care, and appreciation in our hearts for one another.

Yā Shakūr, make us people who appreciate each other’s efforts and sacrifices.

Yā Salām, grant him complete physical, emotional, and spiritual shifā’ — a shifā’ that leaves behind no sickness.

Yā Razzāq, pay off his debts and open for him the doors of halal and blessed rizq.

Yā Karīm, grant him abundant, pure, and blessed rizq that he spends happily and lovingly on us and our children.

Yā Jamīl, make me the most beautiful woman in his eyes, and make him beloved and beautiful in mine.

Yā Ḥafīẓ, protect us from every evil, hardship, and sickness.

Yā Muʿāfī, do not make me cry because of his pain, and never separate us.

Yā Hādī, make us partners who strive together for Jannah tul Firdous.

Yā Muqallibal-Qulūb, fill our hearts with true love, mercy, gentleness, and peace for one another.

Yā Barr, help him fulfill the rights of his parents, siblings, children, and wife in a way that pleases You.

Yā ʿAdl, on the Day of Judgment make him among those who fulfilled the rights of others and treated their families beautifully.

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

“Our Caretaker, grant us from our spouses and children the coolness of our eyes and make us leaders for the people of Taqwa.”

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

“Our Caretaker, give us good in this dunya and good in the ākhirah, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
