When you know your minimum viable number the floor of what your life actually costs something shifts.
Your nervous system relaxes.
You stop making decisions from emergency mode.
You stop accepting less than you deserve at work because you are too afraid to walk away.
The number does not change your income.
It changes your entire baseline.
That is what we calculate together on June 24th.

We teach, equip and empower women physicians to create their 7 figure life and live liberated life.
You did not become a doctor in isolation.
There was no amount of textbook reading, no amount of Google searching that got you there alone.
You became through interactions. Through people who pushed you, corrected you, challenged you, and refused to let you quit.
Building wealth works the exact same way.
The women who build real financial freedom are not the ones who figured it out alone. They are the ones who stopped trying to.
They put themselves in rooms where becoming was the standard.
Where someone could look at them and say yes, this is normal, keep going, you are a seed, you will become a tree, but do not quit yet.
That is what community actually does.
And the second thing, just as important.
Fix the leak. Find it. Fix it.
If it is not helping you become, it is a liability.
Protect what you are building. Surround yourself with people who are building too.
That is how this works.

This is the thing nobody wants to hear.
The reason most women physicians are not where they want to be financially has nothing to do with income.
It is not about what you earn.
It is about what you keep choosing instead.
Every time you avoid looking at your finances, that is a choice.
Every time you stay in a contract that is costing you because leaving feels too uncomfortable, that is a choice.
Every time you put off building your exit plan because the learning curve feels too steep, that is a choice.
And all of those choices have the same thing in common.
You are choosing short-term comfort over the life you actually want.
And that short-term comfort is not free.
It is costing you the raise you did not ask for. The investment you did not make. The sabbatical you never took. The version of your life you keep deferring.
The real version of you, the one with freedom, with peace, with the ability to practice medicine on your own terms, she is on the other side of the discomfort you keep avoiding.
The short-term discomfort is not too high a price to pay.
It is the only price that gets you there.

She did not earn more.
She did not get lucky.
She calculated her financial freedom number and started building toward it before she needed it.
Twelve months later she left a contract that had been costing her something real. Without panic. Without desperation.
Because she had built enough foundation to make a real choice.
That is what knowing your number makes possible.
Come get yours. June 24th. Free.

Let me say something to you directly.
Rome was not built in a day.
And your financial life is not going to turn around overnight.
But here is what most people miss.
Everything compounds.
Good things compound. Bad things compound. The work you are doing right now compounds. And the work you are avoiding? That compounds too.
The longer you drag it around, the bigger it gets. Just like and yes, she went there constipation. The longer you wait, the worse it gets. Regular small movements beat waiting for the perfect moment every single time.
So if you are in the early stages and it feels like nothing is working, that is not a sign to stop.
That is exactly when the compounding is starting.
The work you are doing right now, reversing generational patterns, building wealth your family has never seen, showing up even when it feels pointless that work is not wasted.
It is either working for you or it is working on you.
Both are progress.
Keep going.

There is a difference between delegating and abdicating.
And most women physicians have been doing the second one without knowing it.
Delegation means you appointed someone and you are still in charge of managing what they do.
Abdication means you handed it over completely and walked away.
And here is what abdication actually looks like:
- You have a financial advisor but have no idea what they are doing with your money.
- You have a CFO or bookkeeper but have not looked at your numbers in months.
- You have a spouse handling the finances and you just earn the income.
It feels like relief. It looks like trust.
But abdication leads to surprises. And not the good kind.
You can absolutely have a team. You should have a team.
But you are still the CEO.
Delegate. Never abdicate.

Not my salary.
Not a windfall. Not a lucky investment.
One calculation.
I sat down and did the math on what my life actually cost. Not a vague sense of it. The real number. What I needed. What I wanted to build toward. What freedom would actually require.
The number surprised me. It was plannable.
For the first time I was not chasing a feeling. I was building toward a number.
Five years later: $200k debt gone. Net worth seven figures. Now working one week a month in medicine by choice.
I am teaching the framework on June 24th. Free. Live. Comment βEXITβ for the link!

You are doing everything right.
The 401k. The advisor. The loan payments.
And still that quiet feeling that you are running on a treadmill with no destination.
You do not have a number. You have a hope.
On June 24th I am giving you the number.
