Call for Nominations โ CASH Legislative Advisory Committee
The Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) is seeking nominations to fill two public sector seats on its Legislative Advisory Committee (LAC), with terms beginning September 1, 2026.
The LAC plays a vital role in shaping CASH's legislative priorities and advising the Board of Directors on issues impacting California school facilities.
Serving on the committee is an excellent opportunity to:

Influence legislative and regulatory priorities affecting school facilities

Stay informed on emerging policy issues

Build relationships with industry leaders and public agency partners

More than 100 school facilities practitioners gathered in Long Beach for the CASH Spring Forum, engaging in meaningful conversations on the future of California school facilities.
Attendees explored a wide range of timely topics including Prop. 2 implementation, State Budget update, economic outlook, construction cost forecast, and current school facilities legislation.
