✨TONIGHT AT 5:30 PM ✨We have a very special conversation happening before DON’T TOUCH MY HAIR’S evening show!

We’re delighted to be joined by some of the critical architects of The CROWN Act — the first statewide law in the country to prohibit racial discrimination on the basis of natural hairstyles in the workplace and schools.

Did you know that Black women are 80 percent (!!!) more likely to change their natural hair to meet social norms or expectations at work? DON’T TOUCH MY HAIR brilliantly dives into this necessary topic with care, so we’re incredibly honored to host the powerful women who made this act happen: lobbyists Delilah Clay, Leah Barros, and Akilah Uwimana Hatchett-Fall of Sanctuary of Sacred Crowns 👑 The discussion will be moderated by director of DON’T TOUCH MY HAIR, Danielle Moné Truitt.

Welcome to all before the show tonight at 5:30 PM.
