After seven wonderful years in Sacramento, we've closed the doors to our physical training center. 💛✨

While saying goodbye to a space brings reflection, it has also brought clarity. The heart of Sierra Doula Academy has never been a building—it has always been preparing doulas to serve birthing families with skill, compassion, and presence.

In many ways, this transition feels like a return to my roots. Before opening a permanent school, I spent decades traveling to communities to teach. Now we're returning to that model—bringing trainings, mentoring, and community wherever they are needed.
