SB 1273, authored by Senator Cabaldon, has passed in the Assembly Governmental Organization Committee. Thank you to the Assembly G.O. Committee for advancing this commonsense bill to modernize outdated advertising rules, helping breweries better promote educational events and engage with consumers through social media platforms.

Thank you to Senator Christopher Cabaldon for championing this effort, and we're proud that CCBA supported this important legislation to support California brewers.
